Lingard Private Hospital is managed by experienced Executive and Leadership teams.
Chief Executive Officer
Warwick Crosby joined the Healthe Care team as Business Development Manager for the Hunter Region in 2016. His skills in relationship development and hospital management saw him progress to CEO at Lingard Private Hospital in May 2017. He is focussed on leading the team and managing construction of the new theatre complex and day surgery facility. Prior to his time at Healthe Care Australia, Warwick spent 10 years working in various roles in the Orthopaedics industry and six years working as a Radiographer both in Australia and abroad.
Director of Clinical Services
Sue joined the Lingard team in
April 2019. She has worked in nursing positions for 35 years predominately in
the Private Health sector. Sue has held positions of Nursing Unit Manager,
Quality and Risk manager, Deputy Director of Clinical Services, General
Manager and Director of Clinical Services for various Private Health
organisations and most recently worked for NSW Health at the Agency for
Clinical Innovation in the Patient Reported Measures and Clinical Audit teams.
Sue has a passion for leading and developing the team to provide exceptional
and individualised care in partnership with the patient and their family.
Regan was appointed as Lingard Private Hospital's Finance Manager in December 2018. Prior to this Regan was the Finance Manager of Westmead Rehab and Hirondelle Private, and has held financial positions in Healthe Care since July 2014.
Regan is an experienced Healthcare Finance Professional who has undertaken a number of complex assignments in the private health care sector. Regan has a wealth of practical knowledge in management accounting and maintains a strong commitment to working with managers at all levels, around financial planning and analysis. Regan holds a Bachelor of Business from Newcastle University.
Risk and Quality Manager
Michelle commenced as the
Performance Improvement and Risk Manager in 2013 and is responsible for the
facilitation and co-ordination of performance improvement, risk management,
work health and safety and return to work co-ordination for the hospital. With
over 25 years experience, Michelle has worked across a range of sectors
including not-for-profit, manufacturing and injury management services.
Mary has 25 years of experience in administration. She's worked in various roles including Manager for a family-owned business. Mary has worked in high profile organisations including the EPA, the University of Newcastle and Hunter New England Health before taking up her current role in 2005. Working closely with the CEO and the Executive Team, Mary has a firm understanding of the organisation.
