Lingard Private Hospital is managed by experienced Executive and Leadership teams.
Chief Executive Officer
Warwick Crosby joined the Healthe Care team as Business Development Manager for the Hunter Region in 2016. His skills in relationship development and hospital management saw him progress to CEO at Lingard Private Hospital in May 2017. He is focussed on leading the team and managing construction of the new theatre complex and day surgery facility. Prior to his time at Healthe Care Australia, Warwick spent 10 years working in various roles in the Orthopaedics industry and six years working as a Radiographer both in Australia and abroad.
Director of Clinical Services
Dallas is a registered nurse who began his career as a theatre nurse before working his way to operational and leadership roles. With over ten years experience in the Private Hospital sector, Dallas has a strong focus on the delivery of bedside care to ensure the highest standards are met at all times. Dallas joined the Lingard Private team in 2018 as DCS where he demonstrates his passion for people, continuous improvement and organisational performance.
Perioperative Business Manager
Anne has been part of the Lingard Private Team since September 2017.
She has 20 years experience in operating theatres the last 7 in management and project development roles.
Georgina joined Healthe Care Australia in 2010 as
NSW Commercial Manager. She has worked across many of the NSW sites and is
currently based across Lingard and Maitland Private Hospitals as Commercial
Finance Manager. Georgina is a CPA with over 20 years accounting and finance
experience with 15 of those within the Healthcare Industry.
Risk and Quality Manager
Michelle commenced as the
Performance Improvement and Risk Manager in 2013 and is responsible for the
facilitation and co-ordination of performance improvement, risk management,
work health and safety and return to work co-ordination for the hospital. With
over 25 years experience, Michelle has worked across a range of sectors
including not-for-profit, manufacturing and injury management services.
Mary has 25 years of experience in administration. She's worked in various roles including Manager for a family-owned business. Mary has worked in high profile organisations including the EPA, the University of Newcastle and Hunter New England Health before taking up her current role in 2005. Working closely with the CEO and the Executive Team, Mary has a firm understanding of the organisation.
