All Visitors are asked to observe the Visiting Hours and rest periods for each ward.
Attention Patients and Visitors - Restrictions due to COVID-19. Mandatory screening remains in place for ALL PERSONS prior to being granted entry to the premises. We thank you for your cooperation.
Visiting hours are strictly from 1:00pm to 8:00pm daily (subject to change)
ONE visitor only per patient per day (no children allowed)
All visitors must wear their own face mask or face covering
Attempt to keep a distance of 1.5 meters between you and other people where possible
Upon entry to the hospital and during your visit, please practice simple hygiene by making sure to clean your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds using alcohol-based hand rub, or soap and water.
Practice Physical (social) distancing by:
Attempting to keep a distance of 1.5 meters between you and other people where possible. If you are required to move closer than 1.5 meters, ensure that the time does not exceed 15 minutes.
Avoid shaking hands, hugging or touching other people or sharing food.
If you are wearing a face mask, after putting it on to cover your nose and mouth, do not touch the front of the mask and remove it using the ear loops or head straps - WHO Guidelines on How to Use a Mask.
In line with Government guidelines on public gatherings, all non-essential visits to Healthe Care hospitals are prohibited in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19. Visits to our hospital are limited to the following:
Employees (including volunteers), contractors and students
ONE parent/guardian of a patient aged under 18 years old
ONE carer of a patient with a disability
ONE person accompanying a patient to an outpatient appointment
ONE person present for the purpose of end-of-life support
ONE person allowed per day as part of a care and support visit to patients
All visitors must bring and wear their own face mask or face covering
The following people MUST NOT visit the hospital:
Anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 (unless no longer directed to be self-isolated)
Anyone subject to self-quarantine or pending a COVID-19 swab result
Anyone who has been in a hotspot or overseas in the past 14 days
Anyone who has had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days
Anyone with a temperature >37.5 degrees or symptoms of respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, runny nose, fatigue, shortness of breath)
