Visiting Hours and COVID-19 Updates
We are continuing to work closely with NSW Health to ensure our hospital community is as safe as possible while at our facility.
Updates to COVID-19 guidelines as at 4th March 2022
PATIENT INFORMATION
If you are coming to our hospital for a treatment or procedure, please note the following guidelines are currently in place:
- Please do not attend the hospital if you have any cold or flu symptoms.
- Please do not attend hospital if you are a close contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive. A close contact is a person who lives in the same household or has spent 4 hours or more with the positive person.
- You will be screened before arrival and requested to advise your vaccination status.
- We request that you provide a negative RAT or PCR test.
VISITOR INFORMATION
We will be welcoming visitors to the hospital from Tuesday 8th March, 2022. However, please note there are still restrictions in place:
- Patients can designate 2 visitors only for the duration of their stay (12 years and older only)
- Visits are a maximum one hour duration
- Please do not come to the hospital if you have cold or flu symptoms
- Designated visitors must show evidence of double vaccination on arrival
- Designated visitors must have no COVID symptoms, and not have had COVID or been a close contact, within the last 14 days
- Designated visitors must not have arrived from overseas within the past 7 days
- Designated visitors must wear a surgical mask correctly for duration of one hour visit
- Designated visitors must sign in using Service NSW QR code
Exceptions to the guidelines can be made on compassionate grounds on a case-by-case basis, with approval of the hospital executive.
