Dr Chen provides a wide range of medical and surgical options, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques. She is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest research and evidence through participation in clinical teaching and attending conferences.

Dr Chen is a mother to an energetic toddler, loves spending time outdoors and is an advocate for trainee wellbeing.

Dr Chen has presented at national and international conferences on a wide range of topics relating to women’s health and enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge and skills with medical students and junior doctors. Dr Chen is a Conjoint Lecturer with the University of Newcastle and is a RANZCOG Training Supervisor at The Maitland Hospital.
